At Widex, we believe end-users of our hearing aids can only receive the full benefit of our products when they are selected, fit and maintained by a licensed professional. Our hearing aids are sophisticated, FDA approved medical devices that require professional guidance in the selection, fitting and maintenance of the product. Accordingly, Widex will not supply hearing aids to retailers that do not provide face-to-ace diagnostics, counseling, selection, fitting and maintenance of our hearing aids.

Our policy is to honor product warranties and to perform services only on products purchased from an authorized Widex dealer. If you purchase a Widex product from an unauthorized dealer, your Widex warranty will not be valid.

Unfortunately, there are some website and dealers who claim to be authorized Widex resellers but are not. Products sold on these websites or from these dealers do not carry a warranty from Widex. When you purchase products from an unauthorized website or dealer, you are taking a risk, because those products may be counterfeit, used, defective or may not be appropriate for use based on your specific hearing loss. Usage of hearing aids without professional supervision may worsen certain hearing conditions.
