Hearing Aid Exchange Requirements


Parameters:

Hearing Aids are not deemed as Non-Exchangeable.

Hearing Aids are within 120 days of INVOICE DATE.

Bill To is the original purchaser You may change the Ship To for the new order.

Hearing Aids Exchange will be for the:

  • Same FAMILY
  • Same MODEL
  • Same TECH LEVEL

    • PLEASE NOTE:Kit Serial Numbers are required for SmartRIC Hearing Aid Exchanges

    The new Hearing Aids' invoice will be at $0 UNLESS original Hearing Aids are not received within the grace period. Initial grace period to receive the original Hearing Aids will be 10 business days.
    If original Hearing Aids are not received within the grace period, the customer will be invoiced at their current pricing. Reminder Email notification will be sent on the 5th, if the aids have not been received by Widex.
